You can pick up your order at our offices in Baarn and The Hague. Both locations are discreet and secure, specifically designed for the collection of precious metals. Our offices are equipped with CCTV surveillance, and you will need to present identification for the visitor register.
 
For your safety, we do not keep any stock at our office locations. You can only collect your order by appointment. Please note that a few days may pass between placing your order and being able to pick it up.
 
Orders collected at our offices can be paid for in cash or by debit card (PIN) if desired. Please indicate your preferred payment method when placing your order. If you wish to pay by debit card, make sure to increase your PIN limit in advance, as some banks have a four-hour waiting period for fraud prevention. A 1% surcharge applies to cash payments (banknotes only).
 

Opening hours Baarn and The Hague

Our office in Baarn is open Monday through Friday. In The Hague, we are open on Monday and Tuesday. We are available by phone from 09:00 to 17:00, and appointments can be scheduled between 10:00 and 16:00.
 

Parking options

In Baarn, we have a special driveway where you can park your car, so it is just a few meters to your vehicle. You can also park for free on the street.
 
In The Hague, you can park your car in one of the streets surrounding our location. Please note that paid parking is in effect in The Hague.
 

Visitor register

For your and our safety, we use a visitor register. Therefore, we request that you bring a valid ID when picking up an order. This also serves as a verification measure to ensure the order is handed over to the correct person.
 

What do you do with my information?

Your identification details are handled with care. We will make a copy of your ID or, if preferred, record the information on a form. You can verify that we only note the relevant details.
 

Let someone else pick-up my order

It is possible for someone else to pick up your order on your behalf. For this, we require a power of attorney. You need to inform us in advance who will be picking up the order, and we must receive a copy of this person's ID. The power of attorney should specify who is authorized to collect the order and include your signature for approval. The designated person can pick up the order provided they bring the power of attorney and can present identification. They will need to sign for receipt of the order.
