Customer service

Package not received

If you have not received your package, the solution depends on the shipping method:
 

Personal delivery service

If the delivery was unsuccessful, the delivery service will notify us the same day. We will contact you to discuss a new delivery option. Please ensure you are available to receive the package at the first delivery attempt.
 

Private courier

If the delivery attempt was unsuccessful, the private courier will inform us immediately. We will contact you to discuss the next steps. Additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts if you are not present. Please ensure you are available to receive the package at the scheduled time.
 

PostNL

Due to high volume, delivery may be delayed. With a PostNL account, you can track the status of your package. Once the package is delivered to a service point, you can pick it up at your convenience. Remember to bring a valid ID.
 

UPS

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the tracking code will indicate the next steps. UPS may make one or two more delivery attempts or deliver the package to a service point. You can then pick up the package at a time that suits you.
 

Appointment pick-up

If you have an appointment and cannot attend or have missed it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule. Keep in mind that your order must be moved from our warehouse to our office, and we do not keep stock at the office. This may mean your package is returned to the warehouse for security reasons, which could affect scheduling a new pickup time.
