Personal delivery service

Our personal delivery service ensures a 100% success rate for delivering valuable shipments. Our drivers are trained to handle deliveries with precision and discretion, tailoring the delivery process to the unique nature of the products.
 


Day- or evening delivery

You can choose between a daytime delivery or an evening delivery. The evening before your delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code and a three-hour delivery window. This confirmation will be sent to you before 02:00 AM.
 
Daytime deliveries occur on Tuesdays and Fridays between 08:00 and 18:00. Evening deliveries are available on the same days between 18:00 and 21:30.

Delivery process 

Our personal delivery service guarantees a safe and discreet delivery. What does this mean in practice?
 
  • Our delivery service uses inconspicuous, secure vehicles.
  • Deliveries are made exclusively to your address; your package will never be left in a container, garden, or with neighbors.
  • The delivery person will hand over the package only after noting the recipient's name and the last four digits of their ID.
  • A signature is required upon receipt.
  • A household member may accept the package, and their ID will be recorded. You do not need to notify us in advance.

Choose delivery time

When paying directly via iDEAL and if the products are in stock, you can select a delivery date in our online calendar. For out-of-stock products, you will receive an email once the stock has been allocated, after which you can schedule a delivery or pick-up time.
 
For shipments with PostNL and UPS, we rely on external delivery services. You will receive a track & trace code to follow your order. However, it is not possible to choose a delivery time through the online calendar. You can, however, specify that your order should not be shipped until a certain date.
 


Special delivery conditions for certain regions

For specific regions in the Netherlands, special delivery conditions apply:

  • Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe: delivery on Tuesday, postcodes 7700 to 7999 and 8300 to 9999
  • Limburg: delivery on Friday, postcodes 6000 to 6499
  • Zeeland: delivery every two weeks on Tuesday, postcodes 4300 to 4599
Please note that we do not deliver to the Wadden Islands with our personal delivery service.

Private courier

The Silver Mountain offers an exclusive private courier service for deliveries within the Netherlands. This personal delivery service is conducted using an inconspicuous vehicle, ensuring a discreet and secure delivery of your order.

Our scheduler will contact you to arrange a date and time for the delivery. Upon delivery, you will need to present a valid ID. You will also be able to verify the accuracy of the delivery with the packing slip, and you will be asked to sign the receipt form.
 


Featured

Our private courier can provide additional information about the delivered products if needed. Please indicate this in advance when scheduling the delivery date, so we can allocate sufficient time.

 
This service is available for deliveries within the Netherlands. We recommend using the private courier service for orders valued at €20,000 or more. The delivery will be specifically coordinated for your address. If you are not present at the agreed time, additional charges may apply for a subsequent delivery attempt. Therefore, please ensure you are available to receive the package at the scheduled time.

PostNL service point

If you choose delivery via a PostNL service point, your package will be delivered to the nearest PostNL service point. During checkout on our website, you can select a service point of your choice. You have seven days to pick up your package at the chosen service point. Don't forget to bring a valid ID and sign for your package when collecting it.

UPS (Delivery in Europe)

For deliveries outside the Netherlands but within Europe, we use UPS. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver orders outside Europe. A signature is required for UPS deliveries, but someone else at the same delivery address can sign for the package. UPS delivers Monday to Friday. If you are not home, UPS may leave your package with a neighbor, at the nearest service point (if available), or attempt delivery again the next business day.
 
With UPS MyChoice, you can adjust your delivery to a preferred time or location.

The average delivery time is three to five business days from when the package leaves our warehouse. You will receive a tracking code to follow your package.
