Design of the silver Lunar coin 2024
Obverse
The obverse depicts a Chinese mythical dragon with stylized waves and mist. At the center of the design is the Chinese word for "dragon”. Also seen are the inscriptions DRAGON - the name of the coin, 2024 - the year of issue and P125 - a special mint mark for the 125th anniversary of The Perth Mint.
Reverse
The reverse shows the Queen Memorial design of Queen Elizabeth II. Around it you will see the inscriptions 1952 - 2022 - the years of her reign, AUSTRALIA - the country of issue, 1 DOLLAR - the face value of the coin, 1oz 9999 Ag - the weight, purity and metal type and ELIZABETH II - the Queen's name.
