Design of the silver Dsungaripterus Weii
Obverse
The obverse of the coin features the flying dinosaur Dsungaripterus Weii. This extraordinary flying creature is shown in detail. A gold-coloured skeleton of the Dsungaripterus can be found in the background. Also featured on this side of the coin are the silver grade "Ag 999 1 oz", the name "DSUNGARIPTERUS WEII" and the series "Dinosaur in Asia".
Reverse
The reverse side features a small effigy of Queen Elizabeth II with her name, face value and country of origin around her. Most of the space on the reverse is reserved for the various dinosaurs in this series. In this case, the Dsungaripterus Weii is gold-coloured, making it extra clear which dinosaur is highlighted on this coin.
