Obverse
The 1/4 troy ounce gold coin Tudor Beasts Yale of Beaufort 2023 features as the name suggests The Yale of Beaufort, this mythical creature is portrayed in an impressive design full of beautiful features. The Yale is formed of the body of a goat, the tusks of a boar and the tail of a lion. Surrounding the image of The Yale are the words ""YALE OF BEAUFORT ∙ 1/4oz ∙ FINE GOLD ∙ 999.9". At the bottom of the coin is written 2023, the year of issue.
Reverse
The reverse of the coin features the effigy Queen Elizabeth II - designed by Jody Clark. Around the Queen, among other details, is the face value of this coin written, which is 25 pounds. The chainmail animation technique was also used on the back of the coin.
